If you run fortnite on 800x600 black bars (nvidia shit) and higher 3d settings to 35 percent so u can short range headshots with a pump so it means you maximum fps would be 30 with a medium range so id recommend not downloading fortnite

it would be better, yes, but still 100$ for a ryzen apu would do the job just fine
if you have around 150-200 usd I would prefer taking a gpu and a cpu.
