Denied False ban from consel

I was getting some wood on top of a tree and before i was on a tree i was lagging harcore i told a staff member that i couldn't break blocks and he said that i was lagging and i was getting some wood ON TOP OF A TREE and i fell off and my minecraft froze it took like 30 sec to fix it self and i FUCKING GOT BANNED unban its complete bull shit i dont have proof but i have proof that i was lagging tell the staff member he was on a alt 5/12/2017 i tried to go on a alt and tell them i got by false banned by consel and my minecraft froze but i fucking got ip banned reply to this shit and unban me
