The staff member has banned you for logging onto the server when another account logged onto the server from the same IP had been previously banned. You should be responsible for all accounts that log onto the server with your IP. If you can prove that the account that resulted in this account receiving a punishment is not yours I recommended that you make another appeal or edit this one that has proof of that.
