Why do you think you should be unpunished:

Because Actually 4_gaming banned my while I was in vacation. And I wasn't really on until I came back and saw it. And except from all I was a really good pvper I don't have any server anymore to play coldnetwork is one of my best I hope I will be back in the server again and start pvping.
