But your editing it to normal MC with just better ping it's just like renaming a file to the name Regedit when both files are different by 1%
Don't listen to these guys. They don't know what they're talking about it will mess up ure PC. I suggest going to a proper PC specialist or just youtube
If you do want to remove any regedits open the file and get the hash code the hash code looks like this 9414-H413-blablabla copy that hash code and press Windows Key + R and type regedit press yes when you get a menu and your in regedit when your there press Control + F to open the search menu paste the hash code in the search label and press search NOTE: it will take up a couple of minutes to find the hash so have patience, when you found the hash code file right click on it and press delete 2 NOTE: Make sure you backup your regedit, and there you go you removed the Regedit RAT.
