When Panqu opened Netlimiter it said "trial period expired" meaning it does not work. It's been expired since I was Mod and Netbalancer it's expired too. How is that fair even though he saw that it was expired. Both of them do not work and I hadn't even used it for several months.​

Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I have never cheated, not once. I have been ss'ed multiple times and I have always came clean. Even when I was staff I never used cheats, not once at all. Those two programs have been in their trial period for maybe a year or so. I have been on this server since it was on whitelist and not once have I cheated or broken a rule. I cannot stress this enough but the programs are inoperative. As a player I love this network and I do not mean ill.​

There was no netbalancer setup, you did not even make an effort to check them...
