IP-Grabbers are obviously not allowed as they can be used for doxing, ddosing, swatting e.t.c It was not smart to have a IP Grabber in the first place.
Correct me if I'm wrong but this person got banned simply because he had a website opened and it happened to be an IP grabber site?
You should be unbanned, yes its scummy to steal peoples ips but you should not get banned for having one xD, unless you were trying to get the person screen sharing you then I would understand but if you simply had one you should not be banned but it is kind of scummy.
