I actually don't have a proof because my pc is way too slower to record. I was probably SS'ed because of my ping.. it goes randomly from 60 to 300 ms.​

Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I was playing practice and I didn't got fully SS'ed because my PC is way too slow.
I hope that someone will SS me and unban me. ​
