Once you log onto the server you agree with the rules, if you break them then its your fault for not doing research. There is an entire thread that will tell you what the rules of the server are and another thread which will tell you the mods / launchers you can use
Most of the players do not know that coldnetwork forums exist. There should be a link to the rules once players registers/Logins
