My demotion - Explanation

Hey guys, so I got demoted by Nick himself.
I’ll be leaving the network, won’t be coming back. I really did enjoy being staff here and felt really happy with my current position. I thank everyone who really made my experience here 10x better.

I’ve actually been talking about resigning, to make my own network and to work at velt. If you would like a full explanation how I was demoted, here you go;
So,
I was in the skype staff chat, where all the staff are put, we were just talking in Off-Topic chat and I asked if anyone would like to help if I made a new network. I kinda directly asked homie def (defman) if he would help, not asking him if he would become staff here and leave cold but to just help out. Then we had a little convo about what things would be on it and what I would do to it. Then Nick came and said “Gl frostnedle” and i was about to do “thanks <3”, lol. I was then immediately kicked and was quite frankly, fucking annoyed. Then we had a chat why I was demoted, and I fully understand, but I wasn’t trying to “steal” your staff and get them over to my server.

I never actually said I wanted defman as staff shown here, https://prnt.sc/i1qfzs, Nick hasn't replied because he knows I didn't say an IP, server name or ask defman for staff at all.
