Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I've recorded a video , start a pvp with someone , he's got 300 ping I have a 69 , I start to kill him and he me at this point, bans)) I believe that the moderator does not cope with its responsibilities and has no right to ban people for the software , if he does not understand them and cannot distinguish an honest man from a cheater. Before this fight I was in pvp with several people who fly on the server , I wrote the report but no one responded , even the GREAT moderator.
