    Yes, Because it was my fault to pvp on a alt when its 2 am in the night.
    No, Becasue I dont hack (what the most coldnetwork players know) And I had to sleep.

    Why do you think you should be un-punished?: Becasue I am not hacking and I learnd my lesson: dont pvp on a alt when its night.
