Im more og than you xd -Stop this beef with everyone , say goodluck to 3 helpers that got accepted they will prove that they arent good or otherwise they will prove they are good lets just stop this hate , toxicity and be neutral with everyone , like no one cares if they should be demoted or no , as Travis said , this is first day of them being staff and i've seen staffmass , Quikess being active all the time , so i would say +1 for accepting them either they aren't good in screensharing they are good at being friendly persons and respectful for everyone -Amazing__
Im not trying to get Quikesss or StaffMass demoted , but you especally i want to , you dident even staied 2 hours on your first day of being staff like cmon Quikess and StaffMass are good staffs , all they need is promotion to Moderators and the server would be great instead of you , you will be the most failure thing on coldnetwork. -Amazing__
In my opinion this voting poll is out of order. People saying negative things about new staff members will demotivate them. Yes I do agree that the servers staff has took a big decrease in numbers and maybe the staff isn't as mature that some people would like...But at the end of the day its going to benefit the server. As a former staff member, I propose that recruiting new staff members are done with a fair but simple way, use the normal recruiting system but at the end just ask the players. All the players in the community have there different opinions on the new staff, and having the server behind you whist your staff is really important and that's what I tried to do when I was staff. So I'm suggesting that you ask the people... ask the players...ask OUR server. Whether we think that they would be a good contribution towards OUR server. At the end of the day we should have a say. At the end of the day, I agree with you. We should let the server, our players and the community decides if this player would be a good benifit to the server.
The reason you posted this cuz you got denied? or are you jealous cuz you didn't get accepted? either way i don't think these staff members are bad and they made good applys and did a great job on the Test but whatever its you're Opinion
To be clear. If we see any new Helper acting immature or Toxic they will get staff warned. After 3 staff warns they are getting demoted. i don't understand threads like this one. Helpers can always improve and getting better and better. i actually do not understand this hate against them. how would you feel if you getting accepted and everyone is hating you about that?
