Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I should be unpunished because it was only my 2nd or 3rd game on, and I was butterflying 18 CPS. I was frozen and accused of cheating because of setting off logs. I didn't want to download AnyDesk either, because it would take time and I have no experience with it.​
