This happened two months ago and since then there's been a ban reset so it shouldn't have mattered at all and should have been forgot about. Because maybe they realised he has no actually proof of him hacking his account? If you have no proof of his account being hacked then you have no idea if the player allowed him to do this or not and then reported him afterwards to get him banned.
