Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I was not banned for cheating but I was banned for not screen share, first of all how do you screen share on Minecraft? this has not happened to me before and i click on the link when it said I was frozen in chat, it just bought me to this website (ts.cold.com) I didn't know what to press.

please understand I don't know how to
