I got punished by console, Due to living in brazil i already have a high ping, but i also have a poorly conection wich made me have a lag spike of 8302 ms (last time checked before ban) while i got banned i was just walking at the arena while verything was frozen in mid air​

Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I play on cold alot and i recently got Emerald 3 and i dont want to loose all progress due to lag so i will try my max to be unbanned, and i also want to train at cold pvp again the server is very good and actually having fun in practice was something i dindt expericiend in a few years.​
