Why do you think you should be unpunished:

First of all,
The person who reported me in the first place wasn't even included in the case
Someone called D0natai said I was a pussy in chat and I 1v1ed him and he quick dropped. and I just Told Him L. some else called FamilyFriendly Decided to screenshot my toxicity but not D0nati's toxicity and Familyfriendly decided to report my toxicity but not d0nati's to a staff member. which is completely unfair in my opinion.
(Note I do not have proof of d0nati's toxicity "Pussy" but if the server does have logs i guarantee you. You will find him saying it over 3 times.

2nd part of my case:
I haven't reached 4 Warnings yet? why? you may ask
A: In the page it shows that Losmen unmuted me
Unalert? Yes why did he unmute you?
I was toxic to a hacker in chat and i got a mute 15 minutes later I got unmuted and I had like 30 secs left

I understand that im so close to getting a ban but the 4th reason was completely unfair.. and Others Can Agree and Disagree
