Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I wanted to trade, i asked "Does someone wants 23 skins account one of them is ikonik for Elite rank", then i asked 4_gaming wait is it allowed. Then he was afk for 5 minutes and banned me, he told me Nick gave him permission. I didn't even trade, when i asked him is it allowed, he was afk and he didn't reply. I just said "ok then no". 4_gaming, is still saying i "traded" accounts. So let me make it clear.
I was chilling on server, playing as usuall. I wanted to host more events like sumo, brackets etc. So i said "who wants to trade 23 skin acc with ikonik for elite rank". No one said yes, then 4_gaming randomly said in chat "wait". Or something like that, maybe he said something else but everyone in Zayso's party was spamming so i couldn't see, he was afk asking Nick if he could ban me. But while he was "crying" to Nick, i said in chat "4_gaming is it against the rules if i trade accs?" I didn't get answer, i was waiting around 30 seconds, then i said "ok then no". Which meant i will not trade because i didn't even get answer so im not sure. 5 minutes later, i was mid brackets event, winning. And i just got kicked. When i tried to join again, i got this: http://prntscr.com/o7f87y . I got banned for : Trading/Selling. But where is the proof i really did trade? there is no proof yeah. It's a false ban.

 

Yeah i was saying demote 4_gaming with a reason, while u were checking rules much happened, i said "i'm not gonna do it". Which means i wasn't gonna trade, so u only had that ss of me saying who wanna trade which is not enough proof, that's why i was saying "demote 4 gaming"

 

Yeah i did ask, but 30 seconds later, i asked 4_gaming is it in rules, and i didn't get answer, he was checking if it was in rules. Right after that i have seen he is not gonna answer so i said "okay then no". Which meant i'm not even gonna do it, there is no proof i traded, also nobody said "yes". So i think nobody really have seen it so...

There was no staff online i think so. i don't know when 4_gaming joined ...

 

I will get probably get denied again because whole server is good with 4_gaming expect me and some more guys.

 

Toxicity has nothing with this right now, ur just trying to get some excuses. This ban is about "Trading / Selling Accounts" Not Toxicity. Stop acting like a good guy.

 

Yeah i'm toxic because u have sent Nick only 1 screenshot that said i wanted to trade an account for elite rank. But u didn't show what did i say after, u just can't go with facts that you made a mistake. And you will probably deny this ban appeal like you denied a report player for Xymelin. Also you always find some excuses to not show how bad you actually are.

 

And yeah, ur new excuse is scrolling up to where i said some of staff members are just retarded which is true, and muting me on discord.

 

I won't reply to any of your comment or excuses, i will just wait for a higher staff position to see this and deny or accept this punishment appeal.
