Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I think it has to do with ping and performance.
I don't know if I can use you as a witness, but my friend knows my ping is high and my pc is low.
I live in Japan so the ping is even higher. (I was playing comboPVP and the enemy froze many times during the battle).
Sometimes I get banned from the server because of this.
