Actually not. I cant find much proof in this situation. Well one thing can be asking my friends because they know I am legit and that I have played pvp for years. (potpvp)​

Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I think I should be unbanned because Im legit. The staff who ss:ed me discovered the "last edited" date in my recycle bin. Then I got banned for "clearing files before ss". I understand the decision that the staff made. But I didn't cleared it or deleted any cheat or hack. I deleted an old staff aplication which I wanted to be private. Every time Im getting screenshared I always close down stuff that I want to be private, for example: discord, spotify and stuff. For this situation I deleted a staffaplication.txt file just because I didn't want any staff to see it because I wanted it private. The staff who ss:ed me didnt open the recycle bin too. If he had open it he would have seen like 20 files which I deleted this morning, so I did not clear the recycle bin. I just deleted 1 .txt file which I wanted private. Another thing the staff or any staff can do is screensharing me and litterly go thru my whole PC and look for cheats.

I also want to say that Im a pretty active player on cold and I would do litterly everything to get unbanned.
