I went on a cold network but I thought I had them off but they were just closed it was a mistake could I unban?​

This is not an excuse just I had hacks on other servers but on the cold-network I turned them off because I didn't want to have a ban it's a good server but those hacks were running in the background it wasn't on purpose.
