In this case it kinda does, if u weren't hardworking, once u said that u were already demoted probably, but once you are they cannot risk losing you. And yes doesn't matter how many times u tag them they almost never asnwer...

They really don't care about losing staff.
Just some days ago, we lost one of our staffs who has been accepted along with me. But I'm thinking he deserved, he got a lot of complains.

In order to succeed, you must follow ur dreams, doesnt matter how many people hate you or love you, if you want something and work for it, u will get it. Trust me, I knew people who hated me on CN, but I knew even more that loved my presence there. I owe everything that was good on my 1st experience as staff, to CN's owners, and players. (and some staff members)
