In Game Name: AlosionServer: PracticePunished For: Clearing files before SSPunished By: tiaxdGuilty: NoProof: Unfortunately not much other than the ban screen, because I was foolish enough to trust someone screensharing me for the first time in over a year. - http://prntscr.com/rzebq2Why do you think you should be unpunished: I had not cleared my recycling bin since about 6 hours earlier, and the user ItemList knows this good and well because they thoroughly searched the directory. For reference, tiaxd did not screenshare me, they simply enacted the punishment. The software Paladin found no malicious clients, autoclickers, bat files, etc. and I should not be banned because not only am I legitimate, but the reason given by ItemList is a white lie. Although let's be honest, it's my word against one of your trustworthy head moderators, so I'm very unlikely to be considered at all. I'm a new player, I just joined today and I thought the network was great. I had been exclusively dueling my server regular friend 'Sment' who can vouch for me, but nothing was out of the ordinary until I was unfairly banned. I simply ask you to consider both sides, and pardon the punishment of an innocent player (me). **Edited for the sake of better organization, putting information in the correct areas.**
If you would have read more thoroughly, you would have seen that ItemList screenshared me on tiaxd's behalf, as their AnyDesk was malfunctioning.
cba reading a whole bible anyways doesn't matter if paladin didn't find any autoclickers etc. it still showed that you cleared your recycling bin and that's why you got banned
Except it didn't show that, or if it did, not within a reasonable timeframe. ItemList personally looked into the recycling bin directory, and the most recent clear was over 6 hours ago, and before that many days. I'd only been playing on the server for about 15 minutes, so if that was the evidence used to ban me, it's invalid as it could have had no affect on my gameplay.
Modification dates of files and directories are shown on my computer? Honestly I don't see a way I couldn't know that. Even if they weren't shown, my short term memory is decent enough to remember the deletion of files, however vague, was a good while before I started playing.
According to the paladin scan, this is a lie. You cleared the files about 11 minutes before the scan, which is "within a reasonable timeframe". Also, your logs would be enough for a ban by themselves.
Your appeal has been declined Then you would have gotten suspended for refusing, our staff members are trustable; unclear as to why you wrote this. Pity does not help here. We consider everyone and give everyone a second chance depending on the severity of the violation. The only person telling white lies here is you. Not only were you blatantly cheating but contradict yourself by saying ItemList lied when in the quote above this you say he's trustworthy. Again, self pity does not help here. TL;DR: You cleared files 12 minutes ago. Credits for putting effort into the appeal though, appreciated. Purchase an unban on our store or re-appeal in 2 weeks pleading guilty.
