Why do you think you should be unpunished:

Well, I won't use it again. Backstory: I was bored so I downloaded some progam called "NetBalancer" and set the delay for download priority on 4000ms. Later I queue'd Biometry and got 10 Blocked. He got mad and froze me, I was ss'd and I showed how I got really high ping. He had to ask Analyser (I believe) if it was bannable and he said yes. So now I'm perm banned. I also showed some glitch with launch pads to Analyser that allows you to fly 40 blocks into the air but he didn't care (only works with 1k ms or more).​
