    Yes i tried getting to him to ask what it was but he let me in and instantly kicked me, if needed i can go trough screenshare again if he reads this.

    I mean, you need proof.
    Second, Nick probably might have been joking and getting you to download it.
    Third, I don't think Nick is the type of person to DDoS.

    Hello,

    I was in teamspeak with Nick, we pulled you in and you took way to long to download a single program ( BLsquad 1.9.2 ), the reason why you got banned is for wasting our time. You said that we told you that it's a virus, I can't recall that happening, same for the 'DDoS' statement.
    These facts summed up resulted in a denial of your appeal.
    You can re-appeal in a week.
