Hello, I was banned on 01/01 for freeze decoration. I put you in context. Ladose my freeze and my request to come ts, I went there, then he checked me via anydesk. During the check it made me install a bunch of things and during this time my minecraft crashed. We were still checking it out and he didn't find anything because I'm not cheating. Suddenly it kicked me off, for no reason, and suddenly I was going to look at my minecraft which crashed. I reconnect when all of a sudden I'm banned. So I would like to have an explanation or something ... Thank you
