Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I think I can be unban because I was playing in a 1v1 but the guys in face off me had a client and he kill me... so In a rage noment I install jigsaw client... I am sorry that will never happen another time
I want to be unban because ColdNetwork are my BEST server I have ever played
and I love so much this community im sorry of this misunderstanding... sorry just accept my excuse please
