Why do you think you should be unpunished:

when i was frozen i was asked to go ts then i said that i go discord.I was pretty sure that i was frozen because i was getting delayed hits because my ping was high at the moment which causes for me to have reach,anyways while i was opening discord i was starting to lag out from the server,everything was frozen,then i timed out of the server and got banned.BTW i live in the middle east
and i get bad ping sometimes.​
