Changed ign name problem

I have a problem. I have change my old ign: 1v2_ to ign: IshCombo. The problem is that the old name is still on the server and in the fac. Now I im not in the fac.basically the ign is useless. But its captian so I inv this name to the fac. So something u guis can help me with.

I hope u can understand unless look my ign history u can see I have change my name.
