Why do you think you should be unpunished:

i am a legit player I never got false banned and this is the first time i got false banned by console i play coldnetwork 3-4 hours daily only and i love it .i mostly play kitmap and because i got banned i cant play it now. i never liked anyother servers like cracked server than cold because cold is the best i hope staff management and especially nick will accept my appeal and fix the bug i hope i will get appealed
well, this is my proof.
I Got banned because i was lagging so bad and my messages were 14-20 sec delayed.I asked the chat if anyone was lagging and 2 people say`ed yes.I reloged 4 times to ensure i will not get banned by hacks i was so scared. One of my friend even got banned because of speed but i got banned because i was lagging so much i cant even move from my place after i got disconnect and joined the console had banned me for speed. Plus i never support hacks or hackers but all i wanted to play was kitmap. Sorry i haven`t got any video because i didnt know this will happen . Plus i was lagging yesterday and today 1/19/2018 and 1/18/2018 and i was lagging so hard i hitted a player to check it and next boom got banned .

This is my seconnd time applying because i went ts and i told staff and unbanned by didnt remove thread and again today i got banned but this time reach still same story

I am a very old player in cold network and never ever hack the server or even tried to.But when the server laggs and when i do something like hit or run its bans me i think its not my problem but when i went to ts staff saied this time i had to apply so this time i am applying​
