Hello, Lets be honest right, coldnetwork has the BEST management team, am I right folks? First if all, I would like to tell the management team or any staff members to NOT lock this thread or delete it, I want to here from members of this community and how we want to improve cold as a community. 1. Lets talk about the best new staff member who recently got trial-mod, MeLikeCopyApps, basicly, he copied parts on his application but yet he still got accepted. After he was accepted, the management team found out BUT YET, they kept him in the staff team AFTER finding out that after he got accepted with a copied application. This is just irresponsible how this could happen and how they let him go. 2. InjectVape, oh no. Basicly, I had a really good talk with my best friend Nick, InjectVape DID NOT, AGAIN DID NOT log on for a whole week. But yet, he got accepted. Nick has told me that he did not have his rank for a whole week, if InjectVape was responsible and cared, he would immediately told Nick that he did not have his rank, but for a whole week, he decided not to tell Nick. After all, Nick still promoted him to t-mod after him not logging on for a whole week. 3. Promotions are suppose to be based on how much work you’ve done, cold isn’t like this. They promote everyone at the same time whether they have done less work, or the most work. @Willemcross is an example, he actually deserved head-mod and he actually does shit for cold and helps, @TylerDaBoss doesn’t and earned Head-Mod. I would add moRe shit, but I want to hear from the members. 1000$ this is getting locked from Asodey lol
I've already talked about this in my thread, but really briefly. They accepted MeLikeGamz, but since they didn't see it and he got the rank that he wanted, he was given a chance. I know weird, it's like scamming nick oof of a paid rank, but hey it happened. I fully agree with you on Inject and, look at least people are being handled with. We started with 9 helpers, now we are at 6 T-Mods. Soon, even fever mods, later, fever Sr-Mods. It's just how this goes. I know I've so-called bragged a lot about me being an OP-Factions host, but it'll be a bit different than other sub-servers. I'm a dedicated host. And I'll keep an Eye out for any of this behavior. Trust me.
No, thats not the point. Accepting a copied applications and later finding out, but yet kept him in the staff team, is that how it should work? No, after finding out, you should remove him off the staff team immediatly.
You're not a staff member, how can you keep an eye? And as we know, we've a staff manager who is doing a pretty good job. No need to make such threads. Nick even said that they'll make sure not to repeat this mistake.
But they should've removed their rank even if they were found out about. + I'll have /op and all commands about the sub-server. So... yeah nothing will go out of my reach in OP-Factions.

I play roughly 3-4 hours every day on cold. Most ppl just never see me cuz I am usually on when there are like 30-50 ppl on and it’s like 2 AM for EU ppl.
