Halo Me made this thread to emphasize some points I would like to get added to ensure the improvement and growth of coldnetwork Delaying Gamemodes There have been many delays in the gamemode recently It should be applied in all the gamemodes that every gamemode will Release on Saturday /Sunday ... So that people can play it Secondly to Restrain the delaying gamemodes The gamemodes first must get completed And then the announcement should be made Like 14 of Saturday is the Sotw (Saturday) The announcement should be made on 7th , Only when all the checks are done Staff issue and public reviews First of all The most annoying thing when a staff member is demoted and then promoted the next day A cooldown should be added to staff members •Like I as a staff resign today So I must be knowing I cannot ask for staff in the next 21 days And moreover than asking I must apply for a certain rank For eg someone resigned at sr. Mod so he can apply for Mod The second thing is If someone has abused staff rank he should be demoted to a lower rank than a staff warn Something related to staff warns should be If a staff member is inactive for a few days with an active staff warn (Has informed nick / Managers) his Staff warn time will freeze until he comes back Anyone else who wants me to Emphasize on some points Please write em up Your gang gang cat Callmecat
I think the gamemodes should be tested and working before its originally announced in the first place
You can inform everyone about being inactive in staffchat & promotions Are when staff see you that you're Putting in work & actually dealing with the server. Demotions Are meh-meh, like demoted person might be angry and shit, but I just laughed when i got demoted for saying "duck outta here"
take back advertzz as staff as he did 10/100 of the etb that thrintios did but still get shit thrown at him
basically yep, had 1 warning for bnning cheaters who didnt set alert & 2nd warn was for "duck outta here"
