I was lagging at the time / and or the server was.​

Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I just joined a nodebuff fight on practice EU. as I the chunks loaded, I sunk into the floor. I think this is either because I was lagging or the server was.
Then a few seconds later as I was sinking into the ground, I saw in chat that I was banned. then a few seconds later I was kicked and the reason was I was banned. I do think that it was me lagging, as my internet can be Inconsistent at times.
