Proof:

I was on the side of the map beside spawn and some random guy kept coming out naked so I killed him.​

Why do you think you should be unpunished:

If I would have known killing the same person on KitMap would get me banned I wouldn't do it . But a lot of people come out naked and give free kills. As I said I
was on the side of the map on (East) and a guy came once then I was I was still there and he came back naked again, so I stayed there and killed him around 30 times​
