Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I was playing practice while having a really bad ping and all of a sudden my game completely froze and this was quite normal and happen frequently to me so I didn't worry much and I decided to log out, when I try to log back on, I was apparently banned by console. I am aware that other players have encountered similar experience and had been banned for this reason and they all seemed to have bad connection. So I submitted this to hopefully get unban as it was just my crappy connection.​
