Render and Video settings make your videos look smoother. Also, a higher Hertz monitor does too. Your game looks smoother with a 144hz monitor than a 60hz monitor.
idk about the higher refresh rate though. Sure it makes your monitor look nice, but it depends on what fps you are recording in to get the smoothness imo. I feel like I didn't understand what you just said and I literally rephrased what you did say.
