IMPORTANT Updates (Prison, HCF, KitMap, Factions, OPSkyBlock)

Dear ColdNetwork,

After some harsh times with the bots, we found ourselves with some kitmap problems which I hope are fixed now, just make sure to put your render distance on 4. I'll be giving some info about the following topics, I'll keep it short don't worry.

Staff-Team Future:
Unfortunately we lost our final manager BAUM, which is a decision that was hard for him but possibly the best for him, BAUM was here since the release when we had our OPFactions and OPSkyBlock servers only. Which was in our opinion the most fun time but due to lack of updates and obviously the release of our more pvp based servers which got more attention they were kinda lost. BAUM just didn't really feel the practice community, he liked it way more with the SkyBlock community which I totally understand this is partly the reason why he's letting go off cold. Also another reason baum left is that I didn't have any jobs for the managers which I really am sorry for but I just couldn't think of anything specific for them, which you guys could totally blame me for not doing their job bcs it was my fault. BAUM also got a busy irl job which I wish him the best of luck with and this was also one of the main reasons BAUM left
What happened to Asodey was just some abuses on KitMap which got him demoted, obviously I still like Asodey and he had his reasons for doing what he did. He was a good staff and always helpful, I also wish him the best of luck with his future.

About our manager spot, as @Mahdi717 is really doing an amazing job, he can take over the management position without any issues. Whether we need a new staff-manager is still unknown, we'll look how mahdi handles both of these jobs. Just please, don't pm me for any manager/staff-manager position, even if you're a staff. If I need someone I'll let you all know.

For the staff-team I think we're doing a really good job on improving it, I know some small 'fun' abuses occured lately but these are strictly handled from now on. The team seems more serious and active about their jobs and I hope we can make it the strongest ever soon on cold.

KitMap:
After some issues, I think everyone is kinda solved right now, but there are some bases which have way too much redstone etc there's not much I can do about that we just kinda have to bare with it and don't come close to them. Now I'll give you guys 2 options which you can vote on, either we can just keep it like this and play out this map or we can reset it saturday with a better world (I hope), and a more fps-friendly and smoothened out warzone. https://goo.gl/fMgfyP

OPFactions > Factions:
Okay guys, this will actually be our final shot at doing an opfactions/factions server on cold. Now trust me when I say this will be a good release, we are actually going to work hard on this and really think this through. This will have a lot of faction perks, an easy economy and perfect cannons. We're also optimizing the pvp like it is on kitmap so it's actually fun to pvp.

Prison:
This was a hard decision but to make a long story short, we're removing prison for now. There was clearly some attention for it but it died in a week. If you guys want your money returned in coupons so you can spend it on other servers that's allowed, but do know we will revamp it some time soon in another theme which will be more pvp based.

OPSkyBlock:
It's time to reset OPSkyBlock, we're gonna make it different then now and way more organized, all bugs that occured in the last season should be fixed right now and we're trying to make it more fun so you don't get bored easily. We'll be adding new features and we're fully changing up the jobs/challenges theme. We'll be using the current island challenges but we'll be adding a token system so if you do an easy challenge you'll get like a few tokens and then you can buy shit from it. We'll even add donator ranks and perks buyable so even if you don't have real money to spend you can still get donator ranks (It will be hard tho)

HCFactions release:
After testing our new system on KitMap, where most things are fixed like hoppers and pearls, we're ready to re-release hcf in a good way. We'll be using a whole new world which will be more fps friendly, a brand new spawn, brand new koths, brand new nether and end, everything will be new!
