Why do you think you should be unpunished:

I live in Turkey, I have 17 Download speeds, the person who made me frozen gave me three minutes, I tried to use TeamSpeak on my computer and I got this error, within 3 minutes my internet speed could not do this and I was banned from the server. If my download speed was enough probably my computer cant setup the program in last time then, same would result.
